Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use PixelPanther. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.
Credits & payments
Credit packs are one-time purchases paid by card via Stripe or in native SOL on the Solana network directly to our wallet. Credits never expire and are shared across all modes and models. Credits are non-refundable once purchased; generations that fail are automatically refunded to your balance in credits. On-chain payments are final — we cannot reverse a blockchain transaction and do not offer fiat refunds. If a payment is detected after a checkout window closes, it is still credited to your balance.
Acceptable use
You may not generate content depicting real, identifiable people without consent, minors in any context, or anything illegal in your jurisdiction. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Your content
You retain rights to your prompts and generated outputs, subject to the licenses of the underlying models. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process them for the service. By uploading a reference image, you warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and consents for it — including the consent of any identifiable person depicted — and that processing it through our service and providers does not violate anyone's rights or any law.
Moderation
Prompts and images are screened by automated moderation before and after generation. Content flagged by these checks is rejected and failed generations are refunded. Automated checks reduce risk but cannot guarantee that all prohibited content is detected.
Service availability
Generation quality and speed depend on third-party model providers. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
