How to delete your data
Use the account-deletion option in dashboard settings — you'll re-enter your password and confirm. You can also email privacy@pixelpanther.ai from your account email with the subject "Data deletion". We'll confirm receipt within one business day.
What gets deleted
Your account, prompts, uploads, generated outputs, generation history, and stored models. Limited payment records (transaction hash, payer wallet address, amount, and pack — without your account identity) may be retained for accounting and fraud reconciliation; the retention period for those records is being finalized.
Timeline
Deletion starts immediately and removes your content automatically. Uploads that arrive during a deletion are caught by a daily orphan sweep within about 24 hours; any deletion that stalls is flagged for completion rather than abandoned. Some data may persist briefly in encrypted backups, then rotates out on our normal backup cycle.
Before you delete
Download any outputs you want to keep and spend remaining credits first — balances are not refundable after account deletion.
