Who we are
PixelPanther is operated by PixelPanther LLC. This policy covers what we collect, why, and how long we keep it. The service is strictly for users aged 18 and over.
What we collect
Account details (email), prompts and settings you submit, source images/videos you upload, generated outputs, generation history, and payment metadata (crypto payments are in SOL on the Solana network — card payments go through Stripe, and we never see or store card or bank details).
How we use it
To run your generations, maintain your credit balance, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your data, and your prompts, uploads, and history are private to your account.
Retention
Source uploads are retained for up to about 30 days and then deleted by a periodic cleanup, so removal may complete shortly after the 30-day mark. Generated outputs and history are retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time via our Data Deletion page; limited payment records may be retained for accounting and fraud reconciliation.
Third-party processors
We use Supabase (auth, database, storage), generation providers such as FAL.ai and its model providers (processing), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare (bot protection), and an automated content-moderation provider that screens prompts and images under a data-processing agreement. Crypto payments are made in SOL on the Solana network — transactions are publicly recorded on-chain under your wallet address. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card or bank details. Each provider processes only what it needs to perform its function.
Cookies & tracking
We use privacy-respecting product analytics and Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. No advertising trackers, no cross-site tracking cookies.
Your rights
